Costumers under 18 years must have parents’ approval.
All products remain as property of Pickpocket® until full payment has been made.
Pickpocket® reserves itself for any eventual fault on the pricing.
Photographs may not depict exactly the items (colors or materials).
All attempts to deceit will be reported to the competent authorities.
2. Methods of Payment
All payments will be made through bank transfer or paypal.
3. Shipping and Delivery
All finished and paid orders will be dispatched within 1 working days.
Pickpocket® orders shall de dispatched within 10-15 working days.
Within Europe we usually deliver within 3-7 working days.
Pickpocket® reserve itself against sold out products, and if only a part of the costumer’s ordered is in stock, Pickpocket will ship what is available and inform the costumer.
Costumers will be responsible for paying any applicable import duties or taxes.
4. Returns and Exchanges
All returns must be made within 14 days after receiving the products.
Pickpocket® shall only accept returns if made within that period. The returned item must be unused and in its original conditions.
The payment shall be return (by paypal or bank transfer) once the integrity of the item as been confirmed by Pickpocket®. Any payment costs related to the purchase, such as shipping, taxes or costums duties, will not be refunded.
All customers have full return right until January 10th on all purchases made during the month of December.
5. Quality Claims
Pickpocket® only ensures the repair of products in case of workmanship or material error. Claim right does not apply to defects caused by wear and tear or incorrect usage.
The defect or fault of the item will be evaluated and Pickpocket® will repair the product if possible, replace the product free of charge or refund, including the shipping costs.
6. Transport Damages
In case of damage during transport/shipping, the costumer shall report it immediately to Pickpocket®.
7. Data Protection
All information given by costumers shall only be used to enable Pickpocket® to fulfill its business responsibilities.
8. Force Majeure
Pickpocket® cannot be held responsible in case of unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control due to force majeure such as strikes, civil unrest, war or natural catastrophes such as earthquakes, volcanic action and other similar matters.
Please note that Pickpocket® may change the Terms from time to time at its sole discretion and reserves the right to do so without costumer consent.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
For all matters arising from the contract the competent Court, with exclusion of all other, is the one of the Pickpocket’s head office.
