All Pickpocket® products are covered with a one-year guarantee.
In case of problem or fault, we will change or repair your product for free during one year from buying date.
HOW DO I BUY A PICKPOCKET® PRODUCT?
Face to face: Find us in Porto street markets.
Pickpocket’s website: Next to each model there is a form to fill: “Make an Order”.
HOW DO I ORDER A PICKPOCKET® PRODUCT?
Pickpocket’s order method is:
– Step 1: Fill the Form “Make an Order” (with “Name”, “Email” and “Model”).
– Step 2: Pickpocket® replies with the palette of available colors.
– Step 3: The Client makes a choice and the order begins to be executed.
– Step 4: Order is concluded, and the client receives images for final approval.
– Step 5: The order is paid and Pickpocket will dispatch the order.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN TAKEN ACCEPTED?
After filling and submitting the order form, you will see a small dialog box confirming that the form was sent. As soon as possible you will be contacted by Pickpocket® via email to continue the process.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST MY ORDER?
Your order will cost the price bellow the description of each model. During 1st January until 31 December 2017 all orders made through our Website will be free of shipping costs.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DISPATCHED?
From the moment all the details are approved normally it takes between 10 to 15 business days to dispatch. As soon as your order is ready to be dispatched, you will receive an email of confirmation with photos for final approvement. From this moment, you can take into account the times given by the transporters.
WHICH ARE THE MEANS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED BY PICKPOCKET®?
Pickpocket® accepts two payment methods :
– Bank Transfer
WHEN DO I PAY?
Once the order is approved by the client, Pickpocket® sends all the payment details.
WILL I NEED TO PAY CUSTOMS DUTY ON MY PRODUCT?
Countries inside EU do not pay customs. For the Non-EU countries there are different rules, so we would advise that you contact your local postal service to find out more about the duty cost in your country.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY METHODS?
Pickpocket® offers you the following modes of delivery:
– Delivery by CTT National Post.
– Delivery by Lusocargo.
– Delivery by EMS.
MY PRODUCTS HAS IMPERFECTIONS. CAN I GET A REFUND OR EXCHANGE?
Leather is a natural material and slight blemishes and imperfections are common. In our mind these imperfections are part of the products and help give them character. Our leathers are carefully selected for their natural properties and will get darker over time.
If you believe there is a fault with your product please contact us via email with photographic evidence of the fault and we will advise you of our return procedure.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ARTICLE?
Clients of Pickpocket®, may return the products delivered within 14 calendar days after delivery without giving us any reason, as long as:
– The products are not used in any way
– The products are in their original packaging
– The product is complete
Please notice, we don’t support freight cost for return.
